Delivery time varies by location and demand. Expect 9-18 business days for delivery after order processing. Allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Note that weekends and holidays are not included in the estimate.
A tracking email will be sent automatically to the email address provided upon shipping your item.
We currently ship across Canada and the United States. For international orders, please contact our customer service for more information on availability and delivery options.
Address Change, Order Changes
There is a limited timeframe available for making updates to your order.
In case of an incorrect address, please promptly email us at support@greenwalnut.ca with your order number. We will endeavor to modify your shipping details if possible. Keep in mind that orders may begin processing quickly, limiting our ability to make alterations.
If your parcel has already been shipped or is in the processing stage, we are unable to change the address. The cost of reshipping will be at the customers expense. Address changes are only possible if the order has not shipped or processing has not begun.
Changes or cancellations to orders can be made at no extra cost if you notify us before processing the shipment.
When your order is canceled successfully, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Your refund will be initiated promptly, but please allow 10 - 12 business days for it to reflect on your statements.

Currently Green Walnut does not facilitate direct exchanges. It is requested that the merchandise be returned for a refund and a new order be placed for the desired item(s) promptly. Returns must adhere to our Return Policy.
Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your item. A 34% restocking fee applies to all returns and will be deducted from your refund. Please return the item in its original packaging to prevent a repackaging fee.

Greenwalnut does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Greenwalnut does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties, or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
The customer is responsible for paying import duties and tariffs to release the shipment from customs. Once the shipment arrives, customs or the carrier will notify the customer. Greenwalnut is not responsible if customers are not informed by their country’s postal authority about customs duties and taxes. For further information, customers must contact the postal authority.
Lost, Stolen, Damaged
At Greenwalnut, quality and customer service are our top priorities. While we aim for the highest quality in our products, occasional defects may occur.
If you have received a defective item please report an issue by emailing us at support@greenwalnut.ca with 7 business days from receiving the order. You will need to provide a photo of the damaged item and order number to help move the process along faster. Depending on the nature of the damage or defect, we will either replace one or more part(s) or send a replacement item. Please ensure to include clear and detailed photographs of the damaged item, highlighting the areas of concern for our team to assess.
Sometimes an order will ship and the tracking shows that the order is stuck in a pending or "pre-shipment" status. Unfortunately, this happens from time to time due to carriers missing a scan. If you notice that the order has had 7 calendar days of inactivity in the same status please report an issue by emailing us with your order number and tracking number at support@greenwalnut.ca Should you observe that the order remains inactive in the same status for a continuous period of 7 calendar days, please do not hesitate to reach out to us by email at support@greenwalnut.ca with your order number and tracking details for further assistance.
For international orders, if your order is without tracking movement for at least 21 days before reaching out to us by email at support@greenwalnut.ca with your order number and tracking details for further assistance. Please note, we are not able to help before the 21 days.
If the tracking information shows that the package was delivered, but you are unable to locate the package within 48 hours of the Delivered timestamp, we suggest to check the following:
- Verify the shipping address provided
- Look around the delivery location for your package (e.g. left outside a nearby apartment)
- Check your mailbox or mail storage room
- Ask if someone else in your household accepted the package on your behalf
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to refund or replace these "delivered but lost" orders because the carriers (FedEx, USPS, OnTrac etc.) no longer consider these items lost. There has been a large increase in fraud instances, and they are no longer honoring our claims, even if we provide customer complaints. Our hands are tied in this situation, as we have to follow the same rules of our carrier partners.
Greenwalnut is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Avoid leaving or storing your Greenwalnut products outdoors. Despite being protected by a lacquer coating, they are crafted from wood and can be damaged from exposure to rain and moisture.
To preserve quality, store our wood products in dry, non-humid areas, and away from heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other appliances that generate heat.
Yes! All of our toys meet relevant Canadian safety standards. Our main focus is always safety for our little ones. All our products are FDA approved and made with food-grade silicone. Free of BPA, PVC, phthalates, lead and cadmium. Every product we develop has to go through rigorous test by third-party labs to ensure that it would pass or exceed the safety requirements. Please read all product descriptions, age suitability and care instructions carefully. We have done our best to make these terms clear in each description and cannot be held responsible should an item be misused or the information provided be ignored. If an item does not state its age suitability then please consider it suitable for children over 3 years only. As with any product, children must be supervised by a responsible adult or caregiver at all times when using our products.
