SHIPPING & HANDLING

UPDATE:

Due to the high volumes and the  couriers are having significant delays on shipments. Packages might not arrive within the estimated delivery time.*

Once in shipped and in transit , order cannot be cancelled .

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment  please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. We do not take responsibility for the wrong address entered. If you entered the wrong address, please send us an email as soon as possible.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please inform us as soon as possible. 

Due to high demand, delivery takes between 10-30  business days from the date order has been processed.

Custom Delays are expected and beyond our control unless expedited services has been paid .

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 1-10 business days to process your order. The delivery timeframe is just an estimate and do not include weekends and public holidays. 

Please note expedite delivery  dates are estimated , it might take longer depending on the delivery location.

***IMPORTANT:

1. Provided delivery times are only estimated. We are not responsible for carriers' delays.
2. If for any reason (for instance: wrong address or incomplete address, missing buzzer number or simply a package was not picked up by purchaser), the package is returned to us, you agree to pay the return delivery costs as well the original delivery costs.
